Product Information

Mode of Action

Florasulam (HRAC Group 2) inhibits the acetolactate synthase (ALS) enzyme, preventing the synthesis of essential branched-chain amino acids and halting cell division in weeds. Triclopyr-butotyl (HRAC Group 4) is a synthetic auxin that mimics natural plant hormones to disrupt normal growth regulation, causing rapid stem curling, tissue breakdown, and eventual death of susceptible broadleaf weeds.

Target Weeds
  • Parthenium hysterophorus
  • Amaranthus spp.
  • Chenopodium album
  • Cyperus spp.
  • Echinochloa spp.
  • Digitaria spp.
  • Setaria spp.
  • Eleusine indica
  • Annual and perennial broadleaf weeds

Recommended Application Guidance

Crop / Area Target Weeds Dosage & Method of Application
Wheat, Barley, Pastures & Non-crop Areas Annual and perennial broadleaf weeds Apply as a post-emergence spray on actively growing weeds at the recommended label dosage. Ensure thorough and uniform spray coverage for optimum weed control.
For specific ml/ha dosage rates and local spray volume recommendations across cereal crops, pastures, and non-crop sites, please refer to the registered product label or consult local agricultural extension specialists.

Application Instructions

1. Post-Emergence Active Growth Timing
Apply as a foliar post-emergence spray when annual and perennial broadleaf weeds are actively growing to maximize herbicide absorption and systemic translocation throughout plant tissues.
2. Uniform Canopy Spray Coverage
Ensure thorough and uniform spray coverage over weed foliage using calibrated boom equipment. Take measures to avoid spray drift onto desirable non-target broadleaf crops, trees, or sensitive vegetation.

Safety & Environmental Care

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, face mask, protective suit) during handling, mixing, and application. Avoid spray drift onto sensitive non-target broadleaf plants, crops, and nearby water bodies. Store in original sealed container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location away from food, drink, and animal feed.
